Heath Family Brands is a growing wine adventure here in the hill Country, Under the Heath Family name you will find Grape Creek Vineyard and Stout’s Signature Restaurant, Invention Vineyards, Kuhlman Estate, Jenblossom Cellars, and Heath Family Sparkling wines!

Brian and Jennifer Heath purchased Grape Creek Vineyards in 2006 and have been growing and sharing ever since!

Heath Family Sparkling wines is one of the only Sparkling wines made in Texas! They cannot call it Champagne because no sparkling wine produced outside the Champagne region of France can legally called Champagne. You will often see Prosecco, which is Italy’s Champagne and then sparkling wines produced all over the world.
Heath Sparkling Wines offer 4 distinct flavors, all produced in limited quantities. All the Sparkling wines are crushed at the estate and made here. This is all done under the award winning Winemaker, Jason Englert. He carefully crafts these juices until they are ready to be bottled. At the point of bottling, the process is passed off to aother award winner, Penny Gadd-Coster. In order to achieve the “bubbles”, every bottle must have a secondary fermentation called “Methode Champenoise”. Each world-class vintage is delightful! The Blanc de Blancs, Euphoria, Ebullience and Adoration, a unique Rose Sparkling are sure to please!
